  • What time can we check in/out?
    • Check in between 2pm and 11pm.
  • Can we leave luggage at reception?
    • Yes, we'll be happy to look after your luggage if your not travelling untill later that day
  • Do you have parking?
    • Yes - There is parking to the front of the hotel.We have 10 vehicle spaces which is "usually" enough as a lot of our guests usually arrive by train or coach. Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis as we do not reserve spaces. However, we always assist our guests in finding a space close to the hotel.
  • What is your cancellation Policy?
    • Rooms cancelled more than 48hrs before the day of the booking will not incur any charges. If the room is cancelled within 48hrs and we are unable to let the room we would charge for the first nights stay.
  • Where can we get an evening meal?
    • We have put together a guide of places to eat in the Local Information section.
  • Can you cater for vegetarians?
    • We do not have a specific vegetarian menu. However, our menu comprises of a selection of breakfast cereals, eggs, beans, grapefruit, toast and fruit juices. If you would prefer something specific or have special dietary requirements we will always be happy to meet those needs, within reason, should you inform us at the time of booking.
  • What time is breakfast served?
    • Breakfast is served 7.00am - 9.00am weekdays and 8.00am - 10.00am at the weekends and bank holidays.
  • What do you need to make a reservation?
    • We take name, contact telephone number, time of arrival and credit/debit card details to reserve a room.
